Rolling Road

Using a combination of both old school know how and modern techniques and our 4WD Rolling road. Specialist in carburettor, classic injection and ignition diagnostics and tuning. Everything within our capabilities from a simple check up, carb balance and tune up to a full re-jet or ignition advance re-curve.
Programming of aftermarket systems. ​Fitment and mapping of standalone systems.
Power, economy, emissions, getting through the IVA test, running issues, cooling and overheating issues.

Classic vehicle systems diagnostics

Electrical fault finding. Starting / charging systems, lighting, recommissioning inoperative comfort and convenience features.
Pneumatic systems, fault finding, repair and recommissioning. Central locking, heating and ventilation, cruise control. Like those found on the higher end vehicles such as Jaguar, Daimler, BMW, Mercedes etc and many American cars.
Braking systems, remote servos, drum brakes. Vintage rod brakes and wire rope.
Rolls Royce's unique early mechanically assisted and later hydraulic systems.

Chassis / suspension geometry

​Suspension geometry set up, handling/stability issues, unusual tyre wear, refinement and corner weight set up. And not just for performance, maybe you’ve recently bought a vehicle and find the previous owners tastes a little too sporty or even harsh, we can dial everything down or seek a good compromise for a combination of both for more casual use.

What don't we do?

We don't undertake full restorations, bodywork corrosion/welding, re-spraying or interior re-trimming. There are a plethora of professionals out there offering and geared up for these services.
